The Talking Heads recorded their second album in March 1978 at the Compass Point Studio's at the Bahamas. For a band with their roots and soul firmly in Manhattan, such a location might have been disorientating; but the addition of Brian Eno - ex-Roxy Music keyboardsman and pioneer of discreet music - as co-producer sharpened the band's sound rather than diluting it.

Talking Heads was an American new wave band formed in 1975 in New York City and active until 1991.  Very influential in various of the art-rock, post-punt, new-wave etc. etc. genres.  This is a recording of a concert in Rome, is quite raw, a snapshot of various of their better known earlier songs (for instance  'Psycho Killer' immortalised by an often repeated edition of the Old Grey Whistle Test).
